The directory

Listings are compiled from public records and member submissions. Information is provided as found and may be out of date; confirm price, availability, licensing, and insurance with the business before hiring. Verification is a records check performed as described on the verification page; it is not a guarantee of work, price, or outcome.

Homeowners

Searching, reading listings, and requesting a match are free. A match is an introduction, not a contract; any agreement is between you and the business.

Members

Member tiers are monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe at the prices on the pricing page. A subscription can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the paid period. A refunded charge cancels the membership and removes paid placement. Members are responsible for the accuracy of the license and insurance details they submit; submitting details that fail verification keeps the profile at Verification pending and may end the membership.
