What we collect

• Match requests: the service, city, state, urgency, job description, name, email, and optional phone you submit, so a matching business can respond.
• Member signups: the business and contact details on the join form, plus license and insurance details for Verified and Featured tiers, so verification can be performed.
• Checkout: payment is processed by Stripe. Card numbers go to Stripe and are never stored by this site.

How records are used

Match requests are shared only with the businesses returned as matches for that request. Member details are used to publish and verify the member's listing. Nothing collected here is sold.

Removal

Write to the desk through the contact page, or email support@lodgingconnections.com, to have a match request or member record deleted. Deletion removes the record from the directory's stores and, for members, unpublishes the listing.
